STEM in Every Grade, January 25, 2022
All LASD students in Transitional Kindergarten through 8th grade are learning STEM in a variety of ways during the 2021-22 school year. Every student is encouraged to build, explore, and connect to the world around them.
High School Student Finds Community Through Music
Los Altos High School student, Chris, reflects on how he learned to play the trumpet at Santa Rita elementary school, then enjoyed the band at Egan junior high school. Playing the trumpet has enabled Chris to be a part of a vibrant music community in high school.
